Multi–Channel Fulfillment (MCF) is an Amazon-run fulfillment service for sellers who sell on marketplaces outside of Amazon.
It is a program in which Amazon handles the storage, packaging, and shipping of products that are sold on various online channels.
For example, if you sell items through your own website, businesses can store a part or your entire inventory in an Amazon warehouse.
Are you selling currently selling in Shopify? Ebay? Walmart? Or Etsy?
Do you want to learn a super-efficient process of fulfilling your orders without wasting your time?
With this strategy, you can fulfill orders from different channels without the hassle of preparing each order and dropping them off by UPS or USPS.
How does that appeal to you?
Sounds convenient right?
By creating Fulfillment Orders on Amazon and Deliverr..
It will allow you to focus on more important things in your business.
And not be dependent on yourself or your employees to fulfill these orders.
Before I start teaching you how to create fulfillment orders on Amazon and Deliverr..
Which is a solution that I use to lighten the load of multichannel ecommerce.
Let me explain to you WHY you need to create a Fulfillment Plan to fulfill orders that are coming from Amazon FBA orders, eBay, Walmart or Etsy.
But, before you proceed, one thing you need to consider is the cost.
Why?
Because it will cost you a little more to use a third party warehouse in fulfilling your orders, rather by doing it yourself.
Before you get disappointed with the additional cost.
This is where the first reason comes in.

1. Scale Your Business
Come to think of it..
If you want something scalable and you want to grow your business fast..
Then this is the way of building solid base and ground for your business.
I’m sure you don’t want to see yourself wasting time packing things and fulfilling orders right?
What you would want to do is to focus on the 20/80.
What is 20/80 Rule?
It is also known as the Pareto Principle, an aphorism which asserts that 80% of outcomes (or outputs) result from 20% of all causes (or inputs) for any given event.
Focus on the 20% that gives you 80% of the result.
Packing things for an hour or two will not allow you to focus on new things.
Adding new items, doing copywriting and PPC – these are the 20% that helped me scale my business.
I have figured that making a little bit lesser profit is better for me but having something that is scalable.
2. You Want Control Over Your Life
What would happen if Q4 comes and you have to fulfill 50-200 orders a day?
That’s like 2 hours of packing and preparing orders!
As for me, I didn’t really sell a lot until I started to scale. That is when I started to receive orders from other channels – eBay, Etsy and Shopify.
This was really a big distraction for me, especially during the busiest season of the year – where I need to do 3-4 hours of packing!
But if you have an Order Fulfillment Plan, these saves you hours of packing – everyday!
3. Vacation
Let’s say you want to take a vacation for 2-3 weeks and still want your business to work.
How are you going to do that?
You can’t just turn of all Etsy, eBay, Waltermart and Shopify orders right?
Good news is..
If you have an external warehouse, you can fulfill those orders thru Amazon and the third party fulfillment!
Makes you enjoy more of your vacation time while you have your business up and running!

HOW TO CREATE A FULFILLMENT ORDER THRU AMAZON
Now, what would you need to do when you get an order from Etsy, and you want to fulfill the order thru the Amazon Warehouse?
First of all, allow yourself enough time to process the Etsy order.
When you create a listing in eBay, Etsy, Shopify and Amazon, you can define the time that it will take you to prepare the orders.
In my case I put 3-5 business days – but I always prepare the order right away when I get it.
Why?
Because when we use the Standard Shipping in Amazon, it will take 3-5 days to ship it. After it has been fulfilled, I get the tracking number and I just update the tracking number in Etsy.
Here are the steps on how to fulfill thru Amazon Fulfillment:
1. Log in to Amazon Seller Center
2. Go to Manage FBA Inventory
3. Click on one product.
4. Choose Edit, then click on Create Fulfillment Order.
5. Enter the Shipping Address.
6. And set the Order ID.
7. Enter the Quantity.
8. Choose a Shipping Speed then Place Order.
After placing the order, you will get a URL link that you can copy and paste in Etsy comments (to the seller only) for tracking purposes.
JUST A TIP!
Put ebay, Etsy or whatever marketplace it sold to then the Order Number, it will help you recognize the order faster when you review.
HOW TO CREATE A FULFILLMENT ORDER THRU DELIVERR
There are many choices when it comes to third party fulfillment and considerations such as customer experience, shipping capabilities, and brand reach.
Deliverr is a third party fulfillment management that I use as another option to streamline my business.
Here are the steps on how to fulfill thru Deliverr:
1. Login to your Deliverr account.
NOTE: If this is your first time to use Deliverr, make sure you create Inbound Shipment (allows you to send inventory to Deliverr, same with creating a Shipment Plan in Amazon)
2. Go to Orders tab, click on Create tab.
3. Enter the Shipping Information.
4. Search for item name in the Product search box.
5. Next is choose a shipping option.
6. Review your order.
7. Confirm Order.
8. After confirming, you will get an order number and you can put it on your notes where the item was sold.
It’s a very simple process and I definitely encourage you to implement this.
Yes, it will cost you more but its worth it!
The time that it will take you to fulfill these orders, are worth more if you use it to scale your business.
Its something that will help you scale your business in the long run.
